3. Attendance and Work Hours
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for all staff.
Flexible hours or remote work can be granted based on project requirements or individual needs upon approval.
4. Technology Use Policy
All company-owned systems, software, and internet are to be used strictly for business purposes.
Unauthorized use, software piracy, or installation of unapproved tools is prohibited.
Security protocols, including passwords and encryption, must be followed.
5. Course & Student Policy
Students must adhere to the course guidelines and attend a minimum of 75% of classes to receive certification.
Fee payments are made via our PSID-based system integrated with HBL Bank for secure and traceable transactions.
Refunds and fee adjustments are handled according to our refund policy, available on the student portal.
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
All project and client data must be kept confidential.
Any software or content developed within company time or using company resources is the intellectual property of Dev Minds Technology.
7. Performance and Evaluation
Employees and trainers are evaluated quarterly based on KPIs, student feedback, and project success.
Performance bonuses and promotions are based on consistent excellence and contribution.
8. Disciplinary Action
Violation of company policies may lead to disciplinary action, including verbal/written warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity.
